Green Smoothie w/Mango, Blueberries, Apple

Ingredients

1 cup red kale1 cup arugula1/2 cup parsley1 tablespoon ground flax seed1/2 cup blueberries1/2 yellow mango or regular mango1 fresh applejuice from 1/2 lemonjuice from 1/2 lime1 cup water
Wash all veggies and fruits.
Remove stem from kale and tear into pieces
Core apple and cut in wedges.
Slice mango into large chunks.
Squeeze juice from lemon (remove any seeds).
Put all ingredients into blender with lemon/lime juice on bottom and add 1 cup of water last. Turn on high and let it go! It takes about 3 minutes in my basic blender.
