Turkey Spinach Parmesan Muffins

Ingredients
1 lb ground Turkey3 egg whites1 cup rolled oats, blended or ground in food processor1 cup fresh spinach, chopped1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated or shredded 1 tbs Mrs. Dash Onion & Herb
Directions
preheat oven or toaster oven to 350 degrees
grind oats in blender or food processor
add to bowl
add Parmesan and Mrs. Dash, stir together
add remaining ingredients
fold all ingredients until mixed
drop in muffin tin, makes 12 muffin sized loafs
bake for 20 minutes
