Boneless pork chops with sweet jalapeno sauce

3 boneless pork chops1 Tablespoon. salt1 Tablespoon black pepper1 Tablespoon flour1 Tablespoon Mrs Dash garlic and herb spice mix1 cup low sodium chicken or beef broth1 cup chopped pickled jalapenos1/4 cup honey1 Tablespoon Olive oil
Pound pork chops to 1/2" thickness. Salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops. Mix flour and Mrs Dash in a shallow bowl. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Coat pork with the flour mixture and place in hot oil. Brown on both sides, about 3 minutes each side. Mix the honey, broth and jalapenos and pour over chop in pan. Bring to a boil and simmer for another 5 minutes or so until pork is done and sauce has reduced and thickened. Serve chops with the sauce poured over them.
