1.25 cups all purpose flour - sifted3 teaspn baking powder1 tablespn Splenda1 egg1 cup 1% milk2 tablespn salad oil, or melted margarine, or bacon grease
Sift together flour, baking powder, splenda. Combine milk, egg, & salad oil; add to the dry ingredients. Stirring just until flour is moistened. Batter will be lumpy
Bake on a hot griddle
Makes 8 4" pancakes
