Ingredients
.5 tbsp flax meal1 tbsp unsweetened, shredded coconut1 scoop (30 gm) sugar free chocolate protein isolate1 tbsp dry coco powder, unsweetened .5 tsp baking powder1 tbsp coconut oil2 tbsp whipping cream1 whole egg
Directions
mix dry ingredients in a soup cup, add liquid coconut oil, mix well, add whipping cream, mix well, add whole egg, mix well.
cook in microwave on high for 1 minute. muffin will fill entire cup while cooking, then shrink to 3/4 when cooling.
