Ingredients
1 and 1/2 cups white flour1 cup Brown Sugar Splenda Baking blend1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 cup mashed banana1/2 cup eggbeaters egg substitute1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1/4 cup honey1/4 cup water1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 while you mix dry ingredients
Mix next five ingredients separately
I made muffins and mini muffins; can easily be made into a loaf if you prefer that.

Serving Size: Makes 12 full size muffins AND 24 mini muffins
