Gluten free yeast free Dinner rolls

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients1/2 cup potato starch (not flour)1/4 cup teff flour1/4 cup brown rice flour1 cup tapioca flour1/2 cup sweet rice flour 1/2 cup almond flour3 tsp baking powder (gluten free)2 tsp xanthan gum1 tsp sea saltWet Ingredients2 eggs1/2 cup sunflower oil1 cup + 1 tbsp rice milk
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. Make well in the middle and add wet ingredients. Mix wet ingredients very well and then slowly add dry ingredients until a thick batter forms. Let stand 10 min. Bake in a preheated oven at 350* for 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
