Ingredients
Directions
2 Wheat Tortillas (or whole grain wrap)1 cup Lettuce1 Chicken Breast1/4 Cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese2 Tbps Kraft Barbecue SauceYou will also need a Ziploc Steamer bag and a gallon sized Ziploc Freezer bag for this recipe.
Before going to work, Place lettuce and cheese in a Ziploc Sandwhich bag. Place the two torillas in a gallon sized Ziploc Freezer bag. Place chicken breast into Ziploc Steamer bag and season as desired (I use Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipolte seasoning). Put barbecue sauce into a quart sized storage container.
Once you get to work, put lettuce/cheese, barbecue sauce, and wrap into the refigirator, and place chicken breast into freezer.
At lunch, follow instructions on Steamer bag and cook chicken breast. This should take no longer than 8 minutes. While the chicken is cookin, run hot water over the the Ziploc Freezer bag with the Tortillas (dont' worry it's water proof) for about 30 seconds to a minute.
After chicken is cooked, let cool 1 to 4 minutes. Place chicken into storage container and cut or shread into smaller chunks. Put lid on container and shake to coat chicken in barbecue sauce.
Pour contents of lettuce and cheeze bag onto tortillas. Evenly spread chick between the two wraps. Roll. Eat!
I personally cut the second wrap in half and put it into the storage (after it's been washed and dried) container. After several hours this makes a great follow up snack or a good meal if you forget your lunch the next day ;-)
