2 tablespoons low-fat buttermilk2 tablespoons low-fat sour cream1½ tablespoons cornichon brine1 head Boston lettuce, torn1 head endive, cut into 1-inch pieces½ small English cucumber, halved lengthwiseand thinly sliced4 radishes, thinly sliced¼ cup sliced cornichons
Directions
In large bowl, whisk together buttermilk, sour
cream and cornichon brine. Add lettuce, endive,
cucumber, radishes and cornichons. Toss to
coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
