Homemade Morning Smoothie

Ingredients
1.5 apples1.5 oranges1 banana1-2 c. fresh spinach4 oz. fat-free greek yogurt1 scoop protein powder (I use Whole Nectar soy protein)
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender (make sure your blender can handle the apples; I use a Vitamix) and blend until everything is smooth.

Serving Size: Makes 2 24 oz smoothies
