Baked black bean and chicken taquitos

1 can black beans1 c. diced cooked chicken1 c. salsa3 tbs chili powder8 corn tortillas1/2 c. crumbled queso frescoCanola oil cooking spray
Drain and rinse the black beans and mash them with a fork. Add salsa, chili powder, and chicken and stir to combine. Place a scoop of filling in each tortilla. Add crumbled queso fresco on top. Roll each tortilla tightly. Spray with canola oil based cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until crispy.
