Ingredients
3/4 cup Hodgson Mill Multigrain Buttermilk pancake Mix with Milled Flax seed & Soy1 egg1 tbs evoo (extra virgin olive oil)3/4 c fat free milk
Directions
Preheat Griddle to 360 *F.
Place mix into mixing bowl; cut in oil, add milk and egg. Add blueberries Mix just until blended. Let Stand for 5 minutes. Cook on one side until bubbles form on the edges, then flip and cook until golden brown

Makes enough pancakes for 2 people.
4 medium pancakes or several small ones.
