Turkey Sausage Skillet Supper

Ingredients
1 pkg (12) Turkey sausages 1 large Onion, chopped 1 cup Celery, diced 1 large can (28 oz) Canned Tomatoes, diced 4 large Potatoes, cut into 1/2" thick slices 1 tbsp Oregano 1 tsp Savory .5 tsp Tex Mex Seasoning 1 tsp Parsley
Directions
Brown sausages in large saucepan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Add chopped onions and celery. Cook until onions are slightly browned. Stir in tomatoes and seasoning. Top with potaote slices. Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender. Serve with a piece of bread or a roll.
