Chicken broccoli pasta bake

450 g chicken breast poached in a little waterHead of broccoli in florets (poached in same water after chicken removed) for 4 mins1 small onion2 cloves garlic chopped small and sautéed in non fat cooking spray350g pasta cooked until al dente drained and set aside600 ml skim milk2 tabs cornflour30g grated cheddar125 g pack of mozzarella ball.
Cook the pasta and drain, poach the chicken and set aside partly cook broccoli and sauté the onion and garlic in a little non stick cooking spray. Make a white sauce with the milk and cornflour, stir in 30g grated cheddar. Add the sauce to the onion and garlic pan deglazing the pan. Mix all the ingredients except the mozzarella and put in a deep baking dish. Top with 125 g sliced mozzarella and bake at 180 for 25 mins.
