Banana-Egg-Flaxseed Meal Pancakes

Ingredients
1 ripe banana1 whole egg, cracked2 servings egg-beaters egg whites2 tbsp flaxseed meal
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender/magic bullet to combine. Heat small skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Add half of egg mixture and cook on one side until golden. Flip carefully and cook until golden again. Remove from pan. Repeat with remaining batter.

Serving Size: Makes 2 pancakes for 1 serving total
