Spicy Scallops Marinara w/ Spinach Fettuccine

* Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips * Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slices * Olive Oil, 2.5 tbsp (separated) * Ronzoni Spinach Fettuccine, 12 oz * Scallops, raw, 16 oz * 1 tbs chile garlic sauce * 3 cups Marinara Sauce
Dice Green Peppers & Mushrooms & Stir Fry with 1 tbs. of Olive oil., when vegetables are soft add marinara sauce and simmer for couple minutes.
Stir fry scallops with remaining olive oil. When cooked drain liquid from scallops. Add to Vegetable Marinara Sauce Mixture. Add Chili garlic sauce. You can add more if you like this spicier.
Meanwhile cook pasta according to pkg directions.
Serve Scallop Marinara Mixture on top of bed of pasta.
