Eggs 5 medium Coconut Flour 2 tbsp Flax Seed, Cold Milled Golden Flax Almond milk 1 cup Baking Powder - Sodium Free, Gluten Free, 1 tsp Pea Protein Powder, 100 gWater 1 cup (to thin the mixture, may not need all, may need more)
Add all ingredients together except the water, mix thoroughly and slowly add water while mixing until a thick batter is formed.
Heat a greased, non stick frying pan till sizzling and pour in the batter to make pancakes of you desired size. when the surface no longer looks shiny flip the pancake and cook till browned.
Serving Size: Makes 5 very large pancakes or many small pancakes
