Mexican Simple Soup

Ingredients
2 cups water1 1/3 cups vegetable broth1 cup mild or medium salsa1 1/2 cups cooked white or brown rice1 can (16 oz.) vegetarian refried beans
Directions
Combine all ingredients except rice in large stockpot and heat over medium-high heat, stirring often.
Once boiling, add the rice and reduce heat to low.
Simmer, covered 10 minutes.
