Cabbage Roll Casserole [original by Jogirl38]

Ingredients
1 med head of cabbage, chopped1 lb extra lean ground turkey1 onion, chopped1.5 c tomato sauce (1 can)1.5 c diced tomatoes, no salt (1 can)3 cups chicken broth1 cup uncooked long grain brown rice. *Seasonings of your choice (I used paprika, hot sauce, worchestershire, salt and pepper)*(optional - top with grated cheddar cheese)
Directions
Sautee ground turkey with onions and seasonings in a non-stick pan. Chop cabbage. Combine rice with cooked turkey mixture, tomato sauce and stock. Turn into a casserole dish (I usually need to use 2 dishes - this makes a ton). Bake at 350 degrees for around an hour (up to an hour and a half) Stir part way through cooking. Top with grated sharp cheddar cheese.

*seasonings, sauce and cheese are NOT included in the nutrititional count.
