Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, shredded Carrots, raw, .5 cup, shreddedBoneless, skinless chicken breasts, 2, cooked & shreddedEgg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large beatenKikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp *Egg Roll Wraps , NASOYA, 15*All Natural Original PAM No Stick Cooking Spray
Combine veggies & chicken in a large bowl.
Add beaten eggs, & soy sauce.
Mix well (works best mixing with your hands)
Fill egg roll wrappers and roll, following package instructions.
Spray with Butter flavored cooking spray (like Pam)
Bake in 400 oven till golden brown, about 20 mins.
