ice, unsweetened almond milk, frozen sliced banana, ON Gold Whey Extreme Milk chocolate
Blend up/crush ice cubes first, then add in frozen banana slices and blend thoroughly until smooth. You may need to add in some of the almond milk to help it smooth out. After adding in all of the almond milk (use however much you like to fit with your consistency needs) add the protein powder and finish blending until mixed in completely. Drink up!
