Turkey Meatball Stroganoff

Ingredients
20 oz. Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean3 tbsp Egg Beaters1/2 cup Bread Crumbs - Italian Style2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 cans Beef Broth , College Inn 50 % lower sodium16 oz. Fat Free Sour Cream8 oz. Half and Half32 oz. Egg Noodles, enriched2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix turkey, egg substitute and bread crumbs. Roll 1 inch meatballs and place them on cookie sheet. Bake for 20 mins. Start water to boil noodles. Once meatballs are done, place them in pan with EVOO to further brown. Start boiling noodles, but only until they are about half done. Once the meatballs are nicely browned, add beef broth and any seasonings you wish. Bring to a rapid boil. Add sour cream and half and half. Once this boils add noodles to complete cooking them. Remove from heat and let thicken for 5-7 minutes. Stir and serve!
