Ingredients
2 T Olive Oil1 Large Onion or Leek3 Cloves Garlic 1/4 Med Cabbage4 Kale Leaves2 Celery Stalks1C Fennel6C Vegetable StockSea Salt & Pepper to tasteParsley
Directions
Process all ingredients in Food Processor or chop up small by hand (except Oil & Parsley). Saute Onion and Garlic in Oil. Add rest of ingredients (except parsley).
Cook 15 mins only
Puree with an immersion blender or food processor. Add Parsley and serve.
