Chicken & Brown Rice stew - Shred Diet

Ingredients
You can cut down amount of rice to lower calories. Original recipe only had brown rice and no corn. 1 cup brown rice, cooked8 ounces chicken (I used canned)1 cup sweet kernel corn1 cup black beans0.5 cup chicken broth4 T. BBQ sauce 1/4 cup chopped onionStir all together and cook over medium heat until onion is done.
Directions
Add all together and heat til onion is cooked (about 20-30 mins on medium heat.)
