Cinnamon-Rasin Bran Bread

Ingredients
1.5 cup flour.5 cup Splenda 1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon1.5 cup Hodgson MIll Wheat Bran 1.5 cup seedless raisins .25 cup softened butter1.5 cup hot water 1 lg egg 1 tsp vanilla .75 cup chopped pecans(or nut of choice)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400*F. Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. In a separate bowl combine wheat bran, raisins, butter, and hot water. Mix until the butter melts. Add egg and vanilla, beat well. Blend together all ingredients until moistened. Spread batter in an oiled 9x5x3 loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes. Cool before slicing.
