Ingredients
2 cups of cracked whole wheat berries4 cups water1 tsp salt
Directions
Crack the whole wheat berries in a blender or food processor. Soak the wheat overnight in the water. Add salt and cook until the cereal comes to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until thick. Serve with sweetener and milk.
