Green Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 cup mango1 1/4 cup of strawberries1 organic banana1 cup baby spinach1 cup of kalelemon juice from 1 wedge 1/4 cup of water
Directions
chop everything up, and put it in the blender then blend. Banana's make it creamier. Put the fruit in first - fruit has more water in it so you don't have to add so much water to it. I switch the fruit up and the greens :) Keep it simple.

Serving Size: I drink the whole thing over a period of 2 hours
