Egg, 1 large Cultured Lowfat Buttermilk, 2 cup Maple Syrup, .25 cup Yellow Cornmeal, 0.66 cupRice flour, brown, .33 cup*Bob's Red Mill Buckwheat Flour, 0.25 cup Baking Powder, 3 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp *Kosher Salt, 1 tsp Butter, unsalted melted, .25 cup Bob Red Mill Gluten Free Oat Flour 1 cup

Mix liquid ing in small bowl except butter; mix dry in large, combine and add melted butter until no lumps form. Spoon on griddle 1/4 c
