Orange Smoothie

Ingredients
1 ten oz can of frozen orange juice concentrate2 1/4 cups of milk1 cup frozen lowfat vanilla yogurt2 tsp of vanilla6 ice cubes1 Tbs dry non fat milk1 tsp ground flax seed or oil
Directions
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. You can easily double the recipe and keep this in the freezer. Scoop out what you need and have it as a frozen dessert, or thaw it slightly in the microwave, add a bit of orange juice or milk, and use a hand blender to quickly froth it back up.
