HCG Pico De Gallo Salad

Ingredients
1 Cup Romain Lettuce - chopped1 Cup Red Leaf Lettuce - chopped3 Stalks Celery--sliced for salad1/3 of a Fresh Jalapeno Pepper1/2 Medium Yellow Onion2 TBSP Fresh Lemon Juice1 Clove Garlic1/2 Fresh Medium TomatoSmall handful of fresh CilantroSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
In a mixing bowl add:
Tomato, diced
Onion Diced

In food process or with hand chopper: Finely chop garlic, cilantro and Jalapeno

Add to tomato and onion and pour in 2 TBSP Lemon Juice, gently mix ingredients together and add to lettuce combination. Toss and serve or add 3.5 oz cooked chicken, shrimp or been for a non vegetarian mean
