Ingredients
Directions
1 tbsp olive oil1 small onion diced1.5 lbs ground turkey1 cup panko breadcrumbs1/2 cup parmesan cheese1/2 cup ketchup1 tsp basil1 tsp thyme
Saute onion in pan with oil over medium heat. When translucent, remove from heat and let cool. Add all ingredients to bowl and mix really well. Use your hands, they are the best tool you have in the kitchen.
Spray 10" x 13" pan with 2" sides with non-stick spray. Arrange mixture into loaf without having meat touch sides. You can use a sheet pan but I like the higher sides.
Put into 325F oven for 1 hour or until internal temperature is 160F. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes.
Slice and enjoy. Makes a great sandwich the next day.
