Egg white omelette w/spinach & parmesan

Ingredients
Olive Oil Cooking spray, light covering1/3 cup egg whites, Egg Beater liquid1/3 cup fresh spinach, bite size pieces2 tbsp grated parmesan cheesesalt & pepper to taste2-3 dashes of tabasco, optional
Directions
Tear fresh/washed spinach into bite size pieces to measure about 1/3 cup. Measure 1/3 cup (2 egg equivalent) of the egg white liquid. Add tabasco to egg whites if desired. Spray small skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Pour in egg whites and allow to partially set. Season with salt and pepper, then add spinach and cheese to one side of omelette. Fold over egg onto filling and press down. Once cooked through, remove and enjoy.
