Grilled Mahi Mahi with Caribbean Sauce

Ingredients
2 8oz Mahi Mahi fillets1/2 Cup Fat Free Sour Cream2 Tbsp fresh lime juice2 Tbsp chopped fresh Cilantro1 Jalapeno, seeded & chopped
Directions
Salt and PepperMahi Mahi fillets before placing them on the grill. (we covered the grill first with foil then sprayed non-stick spray to make it easier)
Grill fillets for about 5-7 on each side.

While fish is cooking, combine everything else in the food processor ang go low-medium speed for a minute or until you have an almost creamy consistency.

Take fish off grill and spoon Caribbean sauce on top.
