Cheesy Chicken and Penne Pasta

Ingredients
1 package whole wheat penne pasta1 10oz bag frozen corn1 10oz bag frozen peas1 10oz bag frozen carrots1 chicken breast, diced1 quart milk, 1%8oz Part-Skim Shredded Mozzarella Cheese8oz Lowfat Shredded Cheddar CheeseOregano, Basil, and Parsley to tasteGarlic and Onion Powder to taste
Directions
Boil the pasta
Simmer milk and cheeses, stirring frequently until cheese is melted
Dice the chicken and cook in a large frying pan, adding spices to taste.
Add frozen vegetables to chicken and cook until everything is cooked through.
Mix all ingredients together in a large pot
Enjoy!
