8 Lg. Eggs1/2 C. Half and Half cream1 C. Shredded Rotisserie Chicken3/4 C. Feta Cheese, Crumbled1/2 C. Kalamata Olives, Pitted and roughly chopped1/2 C. Sun-dried Tomatoes, Roughly choppedOne Frozen pie crust, deep dishSalt and Pepper
Beat eggs with half and half, add some salt and pepper and set aside. Open frozen pie crust and add in the chicken, olives, sun-dried tomatoes and 1/2 C. of the feta cheese. Rake everything around with your fingers, making sure the ingredients are evenly disbursed. Slowly pour the egg mixture into the pie crust, over the chicken mixture. Top the pie with the remaining feta cheese. Place pie on a cookie sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 50 minutes, until set in the center.
