Tasty Tuna Melts

Ingredients
1 (12 ounce) can chunk light tuna1/2 cup light or fat free mayonnaise2 celery stalks, finely chopped2 teaspoons seasoned salt8 slices whole wheat bread16 ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese
Directions
Mix together tuna, mayonnaise, celery, and seasoned salt. Place bread slices on a baking sheet. Spread 1/8 of the tuna mixture on each bread slice. Place 2 slices Mozzarella cheese (or Provelone, if you can spare the calories!) on top of each sandwich. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted, 5-10 minutes.
