Ingredients
potato 1 cup raw gratedcarrot 1 cup raw gratedonion 1 cup mincedbread crumbs Italianwalnuts chopped finemilk 2%mayonaisse 2 tbspgeorge washington broth or onion soup mixTomato soup
Directions
Use food processor to grind vegetables and walnuts; place in bowl with milk and seasoning, 1/2 can tomato soup and mayonaise, Stir and place in greased 9X9 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 and one half hour. top with second hallf of tomato soup diluted with a little water after done baking and let bake another 10 minutes.
