Strawberry Sauce, No Added Sugar

Ingredients
32 oz strawberries, unsweetened, frozen4 oz Simply orange juice1/4 tsp Monk Fruit (i.e. Fruitese)
Directions
Place all in a sauce pan. Cover & cook over medium heat until it starts to boil. Remove lid, reduce heat to simmer & cook until juices have thickened. I like to smash the strawberries. If you like you can strain this through a mesh strainer to take out the large bits.
