Italian Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients
1-2 pound beef roast1 packet of dry Italian Dressing seasoning1 C. Beef Broth1 jar of pepperoncini rings (including juice)Chibatta rolls
Directions
Mix the seasoning mix, beef broth & pepperoncini rings in a crock pot. Add roast. Cook for 6-8 hours on low.

Shred and serve on warmed rolls.
