Corn Meal Tortillas - home made

Ingredients
Corn Meal, fine, 1 Cup (122 grams)pinch of salt3/4 cup water +/- to work with.
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Roll into 8 golf ball sized balls. Flatten with a tortilla maker or rolling pin, between sheets of plastic film.
Dry-fry in medium hot pan until they are a bit bubbled on both sides about 40-60 seconds per side.
Keep warm and covered until serving so they won't dry out.

Serving Size: makes 4 servings of 2 tortillas each.
