Herb and Parmesan Turkey Burgers.

Ingredients
1lb 93% fat free ground turkey meat1 large egg1/2 cup quick oats 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese1/4 ts sage1/2 ts garlic powder1/2 ts onion powder1 ts oregano1/8 ts chili powder1 ts rosemary2 ts parsley
Directions
1. Combine oats, Parmesan, sage, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, chili powder, rosemary and parsley in food processor and chop on high until you have a gritty powder. (About 30 seconds-1 minute)
2. Combine turkey, egg and powder in a bowl. Hand mix until thoroughly combined.
3. Form into 4 burgers.
4. Grill for 10 minutes and then flip. cook until internal temperature reaches 165.
