Taco Taquitos

Ingredients
1 pound leanest ground beef1 onion, diced3 cloves garlic, minced1 packet taco seasoning mix1 cup shredded 2% cheddar chese3/4 cup salsa1/2 cup light sour cream16 Carb Balance tortillas
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain off fat. Mix in taco seasoning with 1/2 cup water and cook 5-6 minutes, stirring often. Allow to cool and mix in cheese, salsa, and sour cream.

Divide mixture between 16 tortillas and roll up, setting seam-side down on rimmed baking sheet.

Spray tops with cooking spray if desired.

Bake 10-14 minutes or until golden brown.

Serving Size:Makes 8 servings (2 taquitos each)
