Pumpkin Vanilla Ricotta Dessert

Ingredients
2 eggs, well beaten1 c. ricotta cheese3/4 c. milk2 TBSP maple syrup2/3 c brown sugar2 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice2 c. pumpkin
Directions
Spray a springform pan well with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Beat the eggs well. Add the other ingredients and whisk thoroughly.

Pour into prepared springform pan or a 9" square pan. Bake at 325 for one hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Chill. Serve with nonfat whipped topping.
