Flourless Peanut Butter & Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients
Ingredients:Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt, 1 cup (remove)Honey, 2 tbsp (remove)Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large (remove)Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove)Cider Vinegar, .33 tbsp (remove)Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips, 8 tbsp (remove)Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Blend all ingredients together in a blender. Pour into greased mini-muffin tins. Sprinkle tops with dark chocolate chips and bake for 10 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from muffin tins.
