Wonton Soup Base

Ingredients
2 c. chicken broth1/2. c sliced mushrooms1 c raw bean sprouts1/4 c. sugar snap peas, rough chopped1/4 c. cilantro, rough chopped1 T. lemon juiceSiracha sauce to taste4 wontons from wonton recipe
Directions
Bring broth and mushrooms to a boil. Add frozen wontons. Simmer for 12 to 15 minutes. Meanwhile prepare the remaining veggies and place in a bowl. Top the veggies with siracha sauce and lemon juice. Pour boiling broth mixture over the raw veggies. Enjoy
