Mexican Rice with corn & morningstar farm crumblers

Ingredients
24 oz chunky salsa24 oz water1 can whole kernel corn(undrained)1 package Morningstar Farm Crumblers3 cups long grain white rice2 tsp chili powder (or to taste)2 cups cheese
Directions
Add salsa, water, corn, crumblers & chili powder. Bring to a boil then add rice. Return to a boil then cover & simmer for 30 min. Remove from heat. Add cheese to the top & cover for about 5 min. to let the cheese melt. Serve with tortilla chips.
