Crab Stuffed Tilapia Fillets

3 8oz Tilapia Fillets10oz Claw Crab Meat (canned)4 The Laughing Cow Lite Garlic & Herb Wedges1/2 cup whole grain bread crumbspinch of red pepper flakespaprika, sea salt, & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375F. Coat a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut tilapia fillets in half length-wise, but leave the outer edge connected. Open and season inside with sale and pepper.
In a bowl, stir together crab, cheese wedges, bread crumbs and red pepper flake. Spread equal amounts of mixture inside of each fillet.
Fold top of tilapia fillets over crab mixture and sprinkle each with paprika. Place on baking sheet and bake 15-20 minutes until fish is cooked through. Serve with brown rice, quinoa or greens.
