Tex-Mex Turkey Rice Skillet

Ingredients
2 tbsp. olive oil1 c. Uncle Ben's Enriched long grain rice-uncooked1/2 c. onion1 lb. ground turkey1 c. salsa2 c. chicken broth1 c. canned corn (drained)1 tsp. garlic salt1 tsp. cilantro - dried cilantro - fresh
Directions
Heat olive oil on medium heat in a skillet. Add rice, onion and ground turkey. Cook until turkey is no longer pink. Add salsa, corn, chicken broth, dried cilantro and garlic salt. Cook until rice is done and there is no longer any liquid in pan. Approximately 20 minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro as desired.
