Gluten Free Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
1/2c Light Butter8 oz Light cream cheese1.5 c skim milk1c grated parmesan cheese1 clove garlic1 tsp nutmegsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Melt butter on low. Add cream cheese, whisking to melt. Add garlic. Add parmesan, continue whisking. Mixture will be a thick. Slowly add milk, whisking continuously. Cook to desire consistency. Add nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
