Chocolate cupcakes with vanilla buttercream icing

Cupcakesflour 2 cupssugar 2 cupscocoa 1 cupbaking powder 2 tspbaking soda 1 tspsalt 1 tspeggs 2vanilla 1 tspcanola oil 1/2 cupmilk 1/2 cupcoffee 1/2 cupButter Cream Frostingconfectioner's sugar 5 cupsbutter 1 cupvanilla 1 tsphalf and half cream 2 tbsp
mix dry ingredients with paddle attachment of stand mixer
mix together milk, coffee, eggs, canola and vanilla
pour into dry mix in bowl of stand mixer
mix well
turn down to low and add cup of boiling water, batter will be thinner than you are used to
Pour into 24 cupcake wrappers in cupcake pan
Bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes
For buttercream frosting
using whisk attachment cream 2 sticks of butter
add 1 tsp vanilla
add confectioner's sugar one cup at a time
add half and half until desired consistency
whip on high
cut the end of a zip loc bag off and place it in a glass and fill with frosting, swirl onto cupcakes
